The digital material on this site, cannot be used for any purpose without the express permission of the KXLU Demolisten Staff, and the bands on the recordings *.
All the songs featured on KXLU Demolisten, are unsigned artists who mailed us CD’s with permission to play them on the radio (ok…except for the ones that get signed, but they owe us one). By mailing a CD to KXLU Demolisten, artists are agreeing to have their music featured on the radio and online for broadcast *. Because the audio quality of these recordings are of such a low quality on the MP3’s, you should purchase a higher quality copy from the band or their record label directly, if you hear something you like. This site is a service to them and to you, to help you all get to know each other *.
That said, the sale or use of any audio from this site either partially or in full for any reason, will be prosecuted to the full extent of the law *. Most of these bands are available via email and websites. So please contact them if you’re interested in using their music.
